A real good story Well written and Treasons, Stratagems, And Spoils executed I normally read mystery and psych thrillers you know lots of killing twists suspense and fear but I know the author I did something I don t normally do with a book and I finished in one read one day non stop It kept me going and pulled me along for the ride I could relate to identify with the story on many levels As anx drinker I knew Payment Due exactly what my bad teuila was and what was going on I told Rico I would give him an honest review and as a friend my approach was well lets see if he can write I was iffy to say the least But I was rewarded at thend like a good novel will do for you and the realism is Vampireville (Vampire Kisses, extraordinaryven though I do not have his background The rest is what I stated before I read it in one sitting and Pirate of the Pacific (Doc Savage, enjoyed it Excitingmotional frantic frustrating and The Rich and the Profane (Lovejoy, ever changing it s worth the read Get your double shot of reality Solid I think somewhatmbellishedauto biography of the remarkable life of Rico Austin The story itself is a rollar coaster ride of good and bad choices that dictated the direction of Mr Austins life Although a bit stylistically crude at times it does keep your interest and you do want to find out how things turn out The book will make you wonder what the hell is Rico thinking about a dozen times in his life s story Overall its a pretty good read Most of us have Turbulence experiences in life we wish we could forget or did because of alcohol induced blankness Austin calls these bad teuila moments as imbibing in that particular libation seems to have bad conseuences than others This novel loosely based on his real lifexperiences or those he can remember anyway is his bad teuila momentWhen a young jock on a college football team is cut and down on his luck he is given the opportunity to travel to Mexico with a group of students and take a moment to reflect on his recent bad luck or to get totally wasted while brooding over his own stupidity He takes it Life is grand not a care in the world white beaches surf s up and pretty woman and alcohol are on the menuWhen tragedy strikes and a motor vehicle accident kills several members of their party the close knit group unravels Rico and Tina at one moment considering young love suddenly turn on Tropical Bioproductivity each other and Rico drowns his sorrows with teuila The next day when it is time to leave Tina has vanished When he arrives back in the States Rico finds himself under arrest make you cry There are several spots where the reader will need a few tissuesWhen doing a review for a book like My Bad Teuila the impulse is to share too much to give spoilers However doing so with this book would completely ruin it My Bad Teuila must bexperienced And what an Tall, Dark Rich experience it is From start to finish Austin draws in readers laying his sins bare admitting his faults It is a uniuely penetrating look at the man his life and his teuilaI couldn t put down My Bad Teuila Each chapter compelled me to read until it was gone Like teuila shots it leaves you wanting and
